At the start of February we embarked on our first international competition together, competing in Oberstdorf, Southern Germany. We placed 4th out of 15 against incredibly strong competitors from Russia, America and other European countries. We are incredibly dedicated to our sport, as we are now up to 5 times a week at 4 am to train before school, while we keep our school work also under control, James attends Dr Challoner’s Grammar school in Amersham and Emily goes to Luckley house in Wokingham. Emily’s family have relocated 220 miles from Preston to Wokingham enabling us to train more often and further pursue our skating.
Every pound you donate would help us become closer to our goal for this year, to go to the Junior World Championships in Taipei city, Taiwan. We desperately need some funds soon so we can plan for the upcoming months when everything counts.
